Our cleaning teams are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday cleanings are available by special request for move-outs and urgent bookings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment is collected after your cleaning is complete. No deposit is required to book — you only pay once you're satisfied with the result.
Not at all. Many clients prefer to provide access instructions or a key. Our cleaners are fully background-checked and insured, so you can feel confident whether you're home or away.
We use professional-grade, pet- and family-safe products by default. Our eco-friendly add-on swaps in plant-based, non-toxic supplies for an even gentler clean. Let us know about any allergies and we'll adjust.
The Basic Refresh covers everyday surfaces — dusting, floors, kitchen counters, and bathroom sanitizing. The Deep Restorative Clean adds baseboards, detail work, appliance exteriors, and all the spots that get missed between visits.
Yes. Inside-the-fridge, inside-the-oven, interior windows, and eco-friendly products are all available as add-ons. You can also leave notes during booking for anything specific you'd like us to focus on.
If anything isn't up to your standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to make it right at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is the whole point.
